Blog #4 Final Post

We are finally finishing up this project and I feel that all of you have done an excellent job communicating with your businesses and creating a professional looking website.  After the break we will publish our sites to the town and school website temporarily.  Eventually your business can pay to publish their own site or we can transfer the pages to a free web page site with a sub-domain and link it up to the town site.  Thanks for all of your hard work.  Please tell me one thing you are going to be doing over Christmas Break.  See you next year!

Blog #3 - Comparison - DUE FRIDAY DECEMBER 17th!!

Find a business on the web that is comparable to the business you are creating your site for.  Make sure that it is approximately the same size of business since that can greatly affect the complexity of the site.  Copy and past the URL of the site you find and list three characteristics that are different and any that are similar to the site you are making. Does this comparison give you any ideas for improving or changing anything on your site?

Please describe the layout and color scheme of your home page.  What information is included in your banner? Use COMPLETE sentences or you will not receive full credit for your comment.

Business Project Post #1

All of you have met with your businesses by now.  Please tell us the name of the person you have spoken with and two aspects of the website design they have given you information or ideas for.  For example, did they have a specific color scheme they would like or are there certain part of there business they want included.  Be sure to use proper grammar and check your spelling or you will be losing points.  Feel free to read other student comments as well .
